A CASE AGAINST AI IN LARP

The use of Artificial Intelligence is booming. Many of my LARP acquaintances share my concern about the growing use of AI in our community. We have compiled this document which notes many (but probably not all) of the harms caused by AI usage. If you use AI, especially in relation to LARP, we ask you to take a moment to read it.

The use of AI in the creation of IC material, OOC marketing content, LARP merchandise, and in hype groups by players (for example, generating character images) is a red line for many prospective players. This document hopes to break down why people are so concerned.
